There are a number of costs involved in the divorce process, including both solicitor’s fees and court filing costs. What you pay will depend on your circumstances and needs.
Uncontested or Undefended Divorce
We offer a Fixed Fee divorce service for uncontested or undefended divorce. Where both parties to the divorce have indicated that they are not going to defend the divorce, the process is much more straightforward. You may not even need to attend court.
